4. Form protection – Google reCAPTCHA
The contact form on the website is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is used to protect against spam and abuse. Using the form may involve the processing of technical data by Google, in particular such data as IP address, device data, time spent on the website and user behavior (e.g. mouse movement), in order to verify whether the user is human.

Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area in accordance with Google's rules and with the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR.
6. Legal basis

- for handling the form – taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) RODO) and the controller's legitimate interest consisting in handling correspondence and possible defense against claims (Art. 6(1)(f) RODO).
- for protecting the form against abuse – the controller's legitimate interest in ensuring the security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) RODO).
7. Data recipients
- hosting provider / server operator (within the scope of website maintenance).
- Google – within the scope of reCAPTCHA, maps and analytics, if applicable and/or after consent is given.
In connection with the use of Google services, data may be transferred to third countries (outside the European Economic Area) in accordance with appropriate legal safeguards.
8. Retention period
- data from the form – for the time necessary to handle the matter, and then until the limitation period for claims expires (as a rule up to 3 years), unless the law requires a longer retention period.

The user has, in particular, the following rights:

Personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
10. How to change your cookie decision
The user may change their decision through browser settings. Deleting browser data may cause the banner to be displayed again.
